has been six months since American Honda moved its headquarters
from Gardena to your present location. Your Pacific Bell account
team was reviewing the year 1990 that were major events. Your
move qualifies as the most complex, involved activity for us.
The
relocation of your data center was done only after many, many hours
of planning, coordinating, verifying, and follow-up. This
resulted in a move that was so uneventful that your vice president
stated that Japan had asked him when the move was to take place
after the move was complete. It is this kind of transparent
to the user move that everyone talks about and most fail.
Certainly your move would not have gone so smoothly if it were not
