In the early 1990’s, James “Jim” Sherman recognized the opportunity to create his own telecommunications service company. He felt that his company would encourage small to medium sized business as well as Corporate America to seek out alternative telecommunications technical expertise at a lower cost (50% compared to the primary suppliers!) on installations, as well as move, add and change requests. With extensive experience in Suicide Hotline and High Tech. Industries, Sherman Technologies customers included MHN, Inc., Value Behavioral Health, Inc., Airgas Direct Industrial, MatureWell, Inc. and Computer Associates. The clientele grew with the addition of Quicksilver, Inc., Merrill Lynch Private Client Group, Software Technologies, Kaiser Permanente, Rutland Tool & Supply, Inc., American Red Cross, Premier Health Care, Inc., American Honda Finance Corporation, Star West, Inc., Seaside Printing, Inc., and many others.

In 2001, Janice Wong joins Sherman Technologies as Director of Operations. Sherman Technologies expands its offerings to include data, video conferencing and facilities project management services. Janice Wong brings almost thirty years of Corporate Information Technology, Facilities Planning & Project Management experience and offers solid management and organizational foundation, as well as technical expertise in Information Technology & Facilities Planning and formidable business and personal communication skills. By joining Sherman Technologies, Janice can focus on her interests, which are Facilities Planning and Project Management.
